Qualifications & Experience: BE/DME (Mechanical)
or equivalent with 3 to 6 yrs of professional experience in Fabrication
/ Manufacturing / Engineering Services industry. Automobile sector
experience is Must. Experience in Product Data Management –
Added Advantage (Product Data Management Experience in Wind-chill/
Intralink/ Team Center etc)
- Hands-on experience to work on Pro/E Wildfire 2.0 should be
able to work on complex parts like Casting, forgings, large
assemblies and drawings of multiple sheets.
- Experience in Sheet Metals Parts or Big Castings, Good in
Part Modeling, detailing and assembly.
- Should have understanding to use GD&T, tolerance stack-up,
design of fits, calculation of strength, welding in engineering
design.
- Domain knowledge of detailing process for Earthmoving machinery
/ Off-highway equipment is preferred.
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of engineering statements

- Hands on experience on FEA projects using ANSYS Classic/work

- Hands on experience on meshing using Hypermesh 6.0 and above
preferably in automobile/Earth moving/aerospace domain.
- Should have good hands on experience in part meshing well as
Assembly meshing using Ansys and/or Hypermesh.
- Conduct Mesh Quality Check.
- Knowledge of Finite Element Modelling and Analysis involving
Linear/Non-Linear, Static, Dynamic, Structural Analysis of various
structures.
