Design of front grill for a window air
conditioner
A prestigious air conditioner manufacturer wanted to launch a
new model of their window air-conditioner and shared the design
concept of its front grill with the design engineers at Axis -
IT&T.
The Axis - IT&T design engineers came up with multiple design
options created using Pro/ENGINEER. After a few iterations the
design was sent for analysis and rapid prototyping. Complete part
detailing was done for this component leading to the manufacture
of an injection-molding tool for this part.

facility for the customer with the customer having online access
to the project developments.
