The AXIS-IT&T quality policy manual describes its quality
programs and spells out the quality policy and objectives of the
company, documents the organizational chart and defines positive
responsibility and authority of employees at various levels.
The procedures manual describes the processes and tasks that
pertain to execution, responsibilities, records creation, maintenance
and controls.
The quality plan identifies all quality specific activities,
establishes QA procedures for the project, defines the quality
objectives in measurable terms and sets up the process for knowledge
management.
The configuration management plan identifies all components of
the software to be grouped and does version and release control.
The test plans checks and tests for objectives at every stage,
defines test tools methodologies and test environment.
